BY WORKING COLLABORATIVELY, all stakeholders are better able to support and fulfill the mission of Adventist education. The results of such collaboration include the creation of standards-based curriculum resources, innovative and authentic learning opportunities for students, and additional professional learning experiences for educators. Together, all stakeholder groups will more effectively collect and analyze data, plan and implement strategies for improvement, and assess progress toward shared goals.
Adventist education has always recognized the importance of school, church, and home working together for the education of the whole child. Strengthening the collaborative efforts among these groups will produce a deeper educational experience that fosters the “development of body, mind, and soul” (Education 16).
