Implementing the core elements of learning will result in curriculum that is standards-based, research-informed, and aligned with the mission of Adventist education. The elements assist teachers in providing varied opportunities for all students to engage in authentic learning and critical thinking. Most importantly, the core elements capture the importance of assessing, planning, implementing, and reflecting in a cycle of continual improvement, and support the development of the whole person, equipping students to excel in faith, learning, and service.
